The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Pushpa cleaned our room and arranged everything nicely. I received a complimentary massage. airport pickup and drop-off, a HUGE bonus.

Some tiles in the room were broken. I think they should invest in some maintenance.

The hotel has a big pool with many sunbeds, a spa center and direct access to the beach. The gym features three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. It is well-kept and suitable for a complete workout. Breakfast offers many options, I really liked the local dishes.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable (nothing extraordinary though).

I faced some issues with the room lights. they had a mind of their own. Some would switch on or off randomly. the air conditioning also seemed to have a life of its own, doing whatever it pleased (it was quite annoying).

The breakfast buffet presented a vast and delicious assortment. A wide selection of options started the day perfectly. I found the pool area to be very well-kept. Ample room to move was provided. The sports bar included a massive screen. It offered good size menu with very nice meals.

During my visit, I noticed that the air conditioning system could use some improvement. Adjusting the temperature proved difficult. I informed reception about this issue. It was not fixed .
